1. All projects scheduled are subject to a non refundable booking deposit. Since our work is specialized, it is difficult to fill in a spot that has been canceled.
2. All completed projects will have a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty covers our work performed, and will cover any repairs needed. There are no refunds for labour.
3. Special order materials are to be paid in full prior to order.
4. Returned materials may be subject to a re stocking fee. These fees may vary depending on supplier.
5. We can not guaranteed perfect colour matching. Each floor/wood is unique. We do our best to do any colour match requests, but due to natural variations an exact match cant be guaranteed. We apply samples directly to your floor in home, for your approval.
6. Upon completion you will be provided with your warranty papers as well as maintenance instructions. If you do not following the care and maintenance for your refinished flooring, you will void your warranty.
7. Schedule - since the work performed is being completed in your home, the site conditions can have a factor on drying times. Each floor is also unique and may require more attention. This may change the time line to complete the project.
8. Preparation - We ask that all furnishings are removed from the area where we will be working. If you chose to, please have your baseboards removed, we will re install them for you free of charge.
9. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 2% processing fee
10. Each project is unique, and may be subject to individual terms set out in the work order/agreement.
11. Minor defects such as pet hair, and small dust may appear in finish. These are things that are beyond our control. We do our very best to minimize site contaminates, however there is still a small chance of this occurring.
